We are committed to providing essential infrastructure and construction services to our community while reinforcing the safety and well-being of all involved, including employees, subcontractors, and all other essential personnel. Complying with executive orders that mandate essential activities, essential travel, and shelter-in-place have been necessary to keeping our community safe.

Meeting or exceeding all local, state, and federal health guidelines set by Gov. Hogan, MOSHA, OSHA and CDC are an integral part of our work culture. Brawner has taken precautions at every level to minimize the risk of infection at project locations and offices. We have provided educational materials and Personal Protective Equipment to all field and office personnel. Management and Safety personnel have been actively reinforcing the importance of:

  • Social distancing at least 6 feet from others
  • Washing hands and using company provided hand sanitizer
  • Wearing company provided masks or face coverings
  • Staying home if feeling ill
  • Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing frequently touched areas and equipment
  • Working from home when applicable
  • Closing offices and job sites to all visitors

Senior Management receives immediate notification of all pending COVID-19 tests, positive COVID-19 tests, suspected COVID-19 cases based on symptoms, and anyone who has had close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.

Brawner will continue to monitor any new developments and any additional precautions recommended by local and state authorities, OSHA, and CDC as we are fully committed to operating in a safe manner.
