Brawner Builders, Inc. considers the performance of projects for educational and institutional sites to be a cornerstone of our company. We have multiple IDIQ/IQC contracts with many of the major universities and school systems here in the state of Maryland. We self perform much of this work ourselves, to include but not limit to, demolition, carpentry, finishes, and more. Time constraints, security, and of course, costs, are all issues usually faced within these types of projects and we work closely with our customers to make sure all of their needs are met.  It is our understanding that the end users for these types of projects are usually not the designer, but it is their happiness with the project and results that we strive to achieve.
