Many Health Care facilities located at the above mentioned locations have been around for a long time and over time need updates/renovations. With the great reputation Brawner Builders, Inc. has built with several clients, Brawner Builders, Inc. has had the privilege to work on several projects varying from Health Care facility updates to Converting classrooms into nursing training stations.
Several examples of projects which Brawner Builders, Inc. completed and acted as the General Contractor, are the following:
1) Millersville Animal Hospital Construction Project
Working with the Architect and the private owner directly created a smooth and seamless construction process. The hospital is located in Millersville, MD. The project consisted of converting existing office space into a fully equipped animal hospital.
2) Towson University Burdick Hall Nursing Department Renovations Project
On this project, our firm dealt directly with Towson University and the Architect. This project consisted of converting classrooms and a gym into a nursing training station.
3) Baltimore County Community College Dental Program Relocation
On this project, our firm dealt with the Maryland Department of General Services. The project consisted of renovating an existing space into a dental lab and included the relocation of 16 dental chairs & X-Ray equipment into the newly renovated space.
