Brawner Builders, Inc., over the years, has self performed, subcontracted, and completed projects on historical buildings and sites. It is because of our careful planning, coordination, and skilled workers that we have been able to penetrate into this market and operate with success.

Examples of our customers, projects, and successes, have included the United States Naval Academy, Dahlgren & Bancroft Halls, in which we removed, cleaned, and reset historical plaques and re-pointed both of the historical structures. The Maryland Department of General Services, at the Governors’ Mansion, in the city of Annapolis, we re-pointed affected areas around the building while working closely with a historical conservator to make sure that the building doesn’t lose its historical appearance.
