Baltimore/Washington D.C. being a convenient location and the need for additional warehouse and distribution space in the area has helped to spur a wave of industrial construction in the region.  Over the past few years the need for an office/warehouse space has increased due to the convenience and efficiency of having office personnel immediately adjacent to their storage/warehouse.  Several firms have converted warehouse spaces into office spaces due to the abundance of warehouse spaces and the ease of construction in an open space.

Over several years Brawner Builders, Inc. has built great relations with clients that have requested tenant fit out work, converting warehouse space into an office space.  With many firms’ corporate offices or branch offices being located in the Baltimore/Washington D.C. region this type of construction has increased over time.

An example of a warehouse/office conversion, which Brawner Builders, Inc. completed, was for a firm named Logic Tree.  Logic Tree is an IT firm located in Bowie, MD.  The building was a warehouse space, which the client requested Brawner Builders Inc. convert into an office space.  Working with the architects and owners on almost a daily basis, the project was a great success.
