Brawner’s Commitment To Safety

Here at Brawner Builders, safety is always the top priority. It is a value that is fundamental to our culture. Year after year, our zero accident and injury policy helps put our safety performance right at the top of the industry. At Brawner Builders, we believe that every accident/injury is preventable and that job safety is a cooperative effort between employers and employees. Our officer-driven support of upholding this standard is a commitment that has seen a return of investment year after year. Every employee has stop-work authority, which means that if a procedure is not safe, they are not expected to do it. Unlike some of our competitors, we believe safety always trumps production.

We emphasize our philosophy into every Brawner Builders project through a combination of technical field procedures and ongoing training programs. It is our responsibility to ensure that our people are knowledgeable for a wide range of situations that have proven in the past to have saved lives on the work site.

Our dedication to safety helps keep our workers safe. We also ask our subcontractors and partners to adopt our commitment to safety and health. It is our intent to comply with or exceed all Local, State and Federal Safety Standards, Codes and Regulations.
